Booking Procedure


The Ivory Palace Event Center accepts reservations up to 18 months in advance, with bookings for the 18th-month opening on the first business day of each month from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Reservations and contracts can be completed electronically or onsite. No courtesy holds are allowed. A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required on the day of booking to secure a date.

The Ivory Palace Event Center requires 50% of the rental fees along with a signed Facility Use Contract to secure an event date. If the reservation is made within 30 days of the event, the full rental fee, sales tax, and security deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% of rental fees, plus sales tax and security deposit, are due 30 days before the event.

Failure to pay the balance and security deposit by the 30-day deadline may result in cancellation of the Facility Use Contract. Rental rates are guaranteed 364 days before the event and will not change within that period.

Ceremony Rehearsal

 

Rental fees include a complimentary two-hour rehearsal to help you prepare for your ceremony. Rehearsals are typically scheduled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They are booked one month prior to the event date, contingent on the final balance being paid, and are subject to venue availability.

Reservations are booked and confirmed when the renter submits a signed Facility Use Contract and fifty percent (50%) of the Rental Fees have been paid.  In the event the booking is cancelled the above percentage of the initial Rental Fee deposit will be refunded.  All cancellations or changes to the contract must be made in writing.  Any service charge fees for online payment will not be refunded.  Date changes (postponements) are treated as cancellations.


Time Period Before Event Date

  • 18 months to 12 months: 100% minus $100 administrative fee
  • 12 months to 6 months: 50% or $100 administrative fee, whichever is greater, will be charged
  • 6 months to 0 months: No refund will be given
  • 30 Days or Less: Full Rental Payment will not be refunded
