Set-Up and Clean-Up Policy

Your contracted time must include all time required for decorating, setup, and cleanup by the rental party and vendors. Access to the venue is not permitted before the contracted time.

• Setup: Included equipment may be set up in advance if a floor plan is submitted.
• Additional Time: If extra time is needed, you may add an hour, book an additional time block on weekdays, or adjust your existing time block accordingly on weekends, ensuring your event ends earlier to accommodate setup. Unpaid additional time is not permitted.
• Cleanup: The venue must be returned in the condition it was received. All tables and chairs must be cleared, and trash must be disposed of in the dumpster.

Any unauthorized use of the facility outside of the contracted time, including early vendor access or deliveries before or after the event, will result in an additional charge at the applicable hourly rate. Any overages will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
